About Twaddle

A.T. Twaddle

Writer

In February of 2015 a fortune cookie told me, “You have a way with words and should write a book.”
My first thought was, “Holy sh*t! A talking cookie.”
My second thought was, “How would you know?”

I haven’t eaten a fortune cookie since. But I am writing that book.

Hi, I’m A.T. Twaddle.
Before I became a writer, I was a Certified Public Accountant, auditing multi-billion dollar companies and using my left brain almost exclusively. My favorite part of the job? Writing the difficult emails no one else wanted to write.

Before I became a CPA, I obtained a Masters Degree in Accounting. My favorite academic memories of University? The Classical Mythology class that was little more than story time & writing a children’s book on anthrax for my Infectious Diseases class.

Before college, I was an introverted cheerleader taking classes on everything from Calculus and Statistics to Psychology to AP English and World History.

And at the very beginning of it all, I was the youngest of two daughters to parents who read to us voraciously, never enforced bedtime over reading time, and let my wild imagination run free.

The path has been unconventional and winding, but I’m here.

I’m glad you’re here, too.
